Material Overview

Made entirely from TPO, a specialist material used in the building and automotive industry for its exceptional durability and strength in outdoor environments. This is an excellent ‘green’ alternative to PVC banner that truly holds its own in terms of performance, with a durability of up to five years as well as resistance to UV, ageing and water. Using a unique four-layer construction, it has proven to be a tough option for indoor and outdoor printed graphics requiring a more eco-friendly approach.

Can be responsibly put into landfill as the material does not release harmful bioaccumulative toxins like mercury, dioxins and furans as it breaks down.

Please note, as this is a newer material with initially lower volumes, we are ganging all print and printing on this material once per week. This means turnaround can be from 3 to 9 working days, depending when ordered in the week. Printing frequency will increase over time as ordered volumes rise.

Please note, PVC-Free Banner cannot currently be bar-welded, and so cannot be used for pole pockets or welded oversized banners. Banners will be limited to approx 3m on the shortest edge.

With the performance to match a traditional PVC banner, this greener alternative is perfect for everywhere a typical banner can go including exhibitions, POS/retail, events, and well as more extreme outdoor applications, as this banner can handle temperature changes of as low as -70° and as high as 80°.
